Our Process
01 — Free site visit and written quote.
We visit your home, take precise measurements and talk through how you use the space, your layout, budget and existing plumbing, electrical and HVAC. You receive a clear, written, itemized quote — no pressure, no hidden fees.
02 — Selections signed off, line by line.
You choose materials and finishes from our selection sheet (Standard / Upgrade / Premium). Nothing is substituted without your written approval. Any change after sign-off is documented in a written change order within 48 hours.
03 — Build by licensed trades, permits handled.
Licensed subtrades carry out the work; permits and inspections are handled where required. Waterproofing is always listed as a separate line item, and the 24-hour flood test is photographed for you.
04 — Walkthrough and handover.
We walk every room with you before handover and fix what the walkthrough finds. You receive your closeout documents (permits, certificates and warranty information) with the finished home.
How we keep your project on track
• One team from first visit to final walkthrough — no hand-offs to strangers
• Written change orders within 48 hours — your budget and timeline are both protected
• No material substitution without your written approval, ever
• Waterproofing listed separately, 24-hour flood test photographed
• Permits and inspections handled where required
• $2M insured, WSIB cleared, licensed trades only
